THE BLOOMFIELD MITTENS

The Bloomfield Mittens are knit from the bottom up. They are worked in the round. You can work with either a long circular needle using the Magic Loop technique or double pointed needles (DPNs).

one size
to fit the hand circumference of: 18-22 cm

YARN
100 g of PURL SOHO Wigeon 100 g / 328 m
75 g (240 m) will suffice (without a swatch)

GAUGE
27 st. x 36 r. = 10 x 10 cm
in the cable pattern after washing and blocking

NEEDLES
4 mm 80 cm circular needles or DPNs
3 mm 80 cm circular needles or DPNs
a cable needle
a tapestry needle
