If you’ve ever seen me in the shop I work in, or at a trade show, you’ll be familiar with my love of bowties. Especially during those muggy summer months when I really want to wear knits, but just can’t survive a shawl or sweater. This is the project that uses up all those lovely little scraps that are too small for anything else but too good to throw away. It’ll fit in your smallest project bag. It’ll go perfectly with your quirky style.

You only need 2 colors of fingering weight, about 12 grams total.

I used Madelinetosh Twist Light in Spicewood and Three Irish Girls Adorn Luxe in Peacock Brown, leftovers from a fabulous shawl.

As a Holmesian dork who wants to save the bees, this seemed like an appropriate first release.

A huge thank you to Ellen M. Silva for tech editing.
