The Fab5Flower Square is Crochet Road’s squaring up of the wonderful Fab5Flower pattern designed by crocheting_kay available free here on Ravelry. The square has a vintage feel and look, and can be made using any yarn you would normally use for a granny square, with the corresponding hook size.

I used Yarn And Colors lovely Must Have cotton, as they have fantastic stitch definition and are one of my favourite cotton weights to make detailed granny squares with.

Finished size depends on the yarn and hook size and your yarn tension. My square measures 20 cm x 20 cm (8 in x 8 in).

This pattern is suitable for adventurous beginners to intermediate crocheters. If you really want to make it, you can do it!!

Please share any photos of completed squares, we would love to see them!
