The Felted Triangle Scarf was born out of a want for a smaller bandana style knit scarf with more structure and thickness. This is a quick and easy pattern that should only take one skein of any Aran or Bulky 100% wool yarn. The ends are designed to be thinner for an easy little tie or you can use a ring that fits snug around both ends (see photos).

Needle: Size 15 US needles (10 mm) 16” or longer

Suggested Yarn: Hjertegarn Incawool 1 skein 100g - 175 yrds (160 m)
or any 100% wool (non-superwash) Aran or Bulky weight yarn

Gauge: 11 sts x 16 rows = 4” x 4” using size US 15 needles (10 mm)

Measurements (before felting): about 40” (102 cm) length of top of scarf, 20” (50 cm) length from center top to bottom point, about 30” (76 cm) from end of top to point (side of scarf)

Final measurements (after felting): 32” (81 cm) length of top of scarf (long side that goes around your neck), 15” (38 cm) length from center top to bottom point, 21” (53 cm) from end of top to point (side of scarf)
