and a hips circumference of 86-91 (92-96) 97-102 (103-107) 108-114 cm

Needles
Circular needles : 3.5 mm US4 / 100 or 120 cm 40 or 47 inches
I find it’s more practical to use circular needles that are a bit wider than your hip measure
ment so that you can easily try the skirt on as you go.

19 stitches x 32 rounds = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm US4
