The Freya Top
The Freya Top is a design that blends comfort and elegance, making it versatile and fun to wear.
This design’s beauty lies in small, minimalistic details rather than lace or frills. The eye- catching cutout in the front and wide straps that come together in a bow are simultaneously simple and decorative.
Since I advocate size diversity and only sell made to measure items, I have written this pattern as a follow along tutorial without sizing. Making the Freya Top is a great introduction to custom crochet apparel, and step-by-step photos as well as optional changes are given throughout the pattern.
- This pattern can be made with any yarn weight, hook, and to fit any size. I will mention where and how to adjust the top to your preference.
- To make the Freya Top, you should be able to measure yourself correctly and make basic calculations using a calculator.
- I am left-handed, so the pictures and instructions in this document are left-handed. I state right-handed pattern notes in parentheses wherever extra clarification could be helpful.
- Since this is a made to measure pattern, I strongly encourage you to try on the top in the process!
