Every year the Geneva Girls Varsity Basketball team gets matching hats to wear with their Varsity Jackets and team sweatpants to away games. My oldest daughter plays on the team and asked me in May to make hats for the team. 6 months later when the season started, I had made 25 of these hats for the Geneva Girls Basketball team 2019-2020 season. The pattern has been tested and re-tested.

It is a basic blue hat with a couple of stripes with two-colored brioche, then top it off with a poof of a fuzz ball on top. The girls loved their hats, and wore them all season, even into the play-offs.
