PATTERN NOTES:
This spooky, ghost knit pattern requires familiarity with stranded knitting, transitions and carrying floats. This pattern is for child and adult size only. Perfect beanie for Halloween and spooky lovers!

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Finished beanie should measure 9” in height and should fit an average head size of 21” - 23” in circumference. The child finished beanie should measure 8.5” in height and should fit an average head size of 19”-21” in circumference.

NEEDLE SIZE:
Size US11/8mm 16” circular knitting needles
Size US13/9mm 16” circular knitting needles

SUGGESTED YARNS:
Lion Brand Yarn Wool Ease Thick & Quick in 3 different colours or other Super Bulky Weight (6) yarn. Feel free to use any colour and as many colours as you would prefer.

YARDAGE:
Approx. 50-55 yds in main beanie colour, 10-15 yds in contrasting colour for ghosts, and 10-15 yds in contrasting colour for design elements.

GAUGE:
4” x 4” = 9 sts x 12 rows in stockinette stitch on US13/9mm needles
