These little finger puppets bring a favourite story to life.

The hare was made with Stylecraft Special DK but any standard DK would work well. The body and head are worked in the round and the arms and ears are worked flat.

The tortoise was made with King Cole Drifter in shade Montana but another multi shaded yarn could be substituted bearing mind that the King Cole yarn is thinner than many DK yarns. The legs and body were made with Stylcraft Batik which is thinner than many DK yarns. The shell was worked flat and the legs and head were worked in the round.
