The Katie Sweater is a cosy, chunky sweater knitted in two colour brioche stitch on circular needles.

It is knitted from the bottom up, beginning with the front and back ribbing knitted as separate pieces, then joined together to work the body of the sweater in the round. The work is then separated again for the armholes and shoulders, with stitches picked up for the collar and sleeves.

The finished sweater is incredibly warm, soft and squishy, perfect for winter.

It has been designed to be very oversized, with approximately 10cm of positive ease, so although there are only 4 sizes, this sweater will fit a wide range of measurements. As a guide, the finished size of the L is 55”.
