This seamless dress is knitted top down using Hand Dyed Speckled sock yarn from Kleur en Draad as main yarn and Drops Kid - Silk for drop stitch pattern. This yarn feels like it was designed for summer, but it works just as well for lightweight autumn and spring knitwear. The merino wool and nylon combination are exactly what you need for light garment. Alternatively, you can use any favourite sock yarn from your loved yarn shop. It’s up to you!
The knitting pattern is easy to follow, you begin with the simple neckline.

• MY (Main Yarn) 8, (9, 11) x 50g balls 1680, (1890, 2310) m or 1838, (2067, 2527) yds using 2 ply Speckled sock yarn from Kleur en Draad (Prince colour shade).
• LY (Lace Yarn) 1, (1, 2) x 25g balls 210, (210, 420) m or 230, (230, 460) yds using Drops Kid - Silk (Uni colour shade).
NB If you substitute another yarn, please check gauge (tension) and yardage.
• 1 Circular needle 3.00mm x length 40cm or longer (US 2.5).
• 1 Circular needle 3.00mm x length 100 cm (US 2.5).
• 1 Tapestry needle.
