The Nerola Collection consists of a baby cardigan, headband, bootees and matching blanket. It is completed in Double Knit yarn.

The pattern is given in size 0 to 3 months.

The blanket is 23” by 27”. It has an open weave pattern so it makes a great christening shawl if done in white. Instructions on how to increase the blanket size are included. There is a simple optional border. Note you will need extra yarn to make a larger blanket.

The cardigan is shown with 1 button but instructions are included on how to add further buttonholes.

Shown here without any embellishments, but flowers, buttons, or bows would look great if added to the headband or bootees.

Skill level: This would be a great project for someone who has mastered the basics and wants to increase their stitch library. You will be using magic loop, slip stitch, chain, treble, double, foundation double crochet, increasing and decreasing, and you will also need basic sewing skills.

You will need:
3x100g balls of DK yarn. Shown here in Special DK by Stylecraft which is 100% acrylic and washable.
Hooks – 4mm and 4.5mm
Darning needle
