The Pierrot Jumper is a seamless knit with a high ruffled neck and ruffled sleeves, finished with a contrasting colour trim. It is knit from the top down, beginning with ruffled collar, then tightly ribbed neck, before increasing stitches for the yoke and shoulders. The work is then divided and the sleeve stitches are placed on hold, while stitches are cast on for the underarms before completing the body. The sleeve stitches are then picked up and knit, finishing with a tightly ribbed cuff with ruffle trim.

Sizing is based on the bust circumference in centimetres/inches. For the perfect fit, measure your chest (or the widest part of your torso) before deciding on which size to knit. The Pierrot is designed for a relaxed fit, so the jumper will be around 15-20cm / 6-8” wider than your actual bust measurement. For example, if your bust measures 92cm / 36”, you should knit a size M, resulting in a jumper with a bust circumference of 109cm / 43” for a relaxed fit.
