The Rita Quilted Top is the 3rd design in the Rita Quilted series, featuring a combination of stockinette, reverse stockinette, and seed stitch squares to create a textured, quilted-inspired fabric.

This top is designed with a structured shoulder and neckline, transitioning into a relaxed, flowing body for an easy, flattering drape. Construction is straightforward:

The back panel is worked flat, with increases to shape the back armholes.
The front chest panels are picked up from the shoulders and worked separately to shape the high scoop-neckline and armholes.
Front & back panels are then joined and worked in the round to the desired length.
The hem, neckline, and armholes are finished with 2-stitch applied I-cord for a clean, polished edge.*
