As any horse person knows, the weather isn’t always on your side! Come rain or shine, you’re generally out in it. I’ve been wanting to make a cowl for a long time (I love a scarf, but I’m not a fan of the bulkiness and ends flapping around) but sometimes its just not practical. ‘The Roma Cowl’ is inspired by my pony Roma- the love of my life and source of my determination to keep going and get back close to, if not as fit as I was before illness. with the wildness and freedom of creeping vines and galloping horses hopefully inspiring me to keep moving forwards too!

This pattern is knitted from the top down in the round. I used the magic loop method on circular needles, however it would also work on Dpns.
