If you put three of my patterns in your cart for purchase, the fourth pattern will be free.

This pattern is for a Shawl, Scarf, or infinity cowl. It was designed for both advent sets or 4 skeins of fingering weight yarn.

This was designed in an Asylum advent mini skein kit of 25 skeins. It was a gradient and based on the colors in the magenta/blue photo with Sharon and quickly sold out.

Details

Shape: Rectangular like The Sharon Show to keep things simple during a pandemic. It will already be familiar to you. The Scarf begins life the same width as the shawl but then decreases so you have pretty flared ends, shown in pic at bottom. It uses about 1200 yards of yarn.

Measurements: Shawl: 17” X 88” after wet blocking
but instructions to shorten in specific sections. (Note - it’s simple to adjust your length as you proceed.)

  1. Most of this pattern is pretty simple. If you are a beginner and have a couple of projects behind you, I urge you to give it a try! It is easier than The Sharon Show but will not be boring! There is also the simple technique of marling that you will be introduced to if you’ve never done it.

  2. Please join “The Sharon Show” FB group here to knit together or else use the Casapinka Group here.

  3. If you don’t know who Sharon From Security is, she’s a snarky cat who is also a Spy and a Security Guard here at Caspainka and sometimes writes knitting patterns. She drinks and smokes and has a Catitude but she’s not as bad as Jean From I.T. and Jeans’ chihuahua Shannon who pees on Sharon’s tires. We are considering bringing in a Royal Canadian Mounted Policecat or a guy from Interpol to help Sharon get her shit together but that’s a story for another day. Update - we hired the Interpol guy but he’s quarantined with ringworm.

Four Skeins Sets of yarn

Pic 6/7 - Gigi Bonin Yarn
Pic 8/9 - Emma’s Yarn (these are singles so you will need to size down one-two needle sizes.)
