Feel the comfort of a Hobbit-hole in the spring Shire when you wrap up in this shawl - no matter the time of year. This shawl is heavy, warm, and perfect to snuggle under. I designed it while listening to The Lord of the Rings, as read by Robert Inglis.

The pins pictured at left are not included in the pattern. The flowers can be found in The Crochet Stitch Bible by Betty Barnden and are also made with Berrocco. The leaf was an improv design and was made with Misti Alpaca in chartreuse melange.
