A foldable, rollable shopping or project bag with a reinforced rim and handles. Ideal for gradients, a single colour or as a stash buster in stripes. It works up well in 8ply cotton making it durable and washable. I used 125g of 8ply Paintbox Cotton DK for this market bag.

This bag is approx 30cm wide by 40cm deep but can easily be adjusted by adding on (or leaving off) a pattern repeat. The handle can also be lengthened with the addition of extra chain.

The rim and handles are reinforced by using a smaller hook to stiffen the fabric.
