The Viola Sweater
A Victorian inspired blouse. With a high cabled collar, puff shoulders, cabled sleeves and a flared waist. Elegant and feminine, as the fashion of that time, it accentuates the feminine form but with a modern practicality.
Construction
She is knit top down in the round, with raglan shaping. This garment is knit seamlessly. I find Top down knitting to be much more efficient, but if you are new to this construction it can seem daunting. Try to think of this way as in reverse and rather than decrease to shape, we increase downwardly.
