The Yarnover is a baby / toddler / young child’s pullover that’s knitted top down. At the underarms stitches are placed on holders for the sleeves, then the body is continued in one piece. The sleeves are then worked top down too and are seamless.

There’s the option to raise the back with short rows, and there’s a slightly wider front panel design for the bigger sizes.

The panel design is made by combining yarn overs, which create eyelets, with decreases. As every other round is only knit it’s an easy but effective motif. The Yarnover is a must for any little one’s wardrobe!
