THERE AND BACK AGAIN CARDIGAN is a round yoke cardigan with a top-down construction, worked flat. The cardigan features a simple elongated stitch motif around the yoke, and a similar motif running along the button band and sides of the cardigan. Starting with casting on for the yoke, this cardigan is worked seamlessly top down, using short rows to shape the neckline. After the yoke, the body and sleeves are separated while casting on stitches for the underarms, and then the body is worked flat while the sleeve are worked in the round.
