The Wizard of Oz make-a-long is in full swing for 2022, so I thought it would be fun to add another shawl pattern for those wanting to use what’s already in their stash and incorporate some fun minis!

This is a very versatile, easy shawl to make your own. I created my original shawl using a full skein of fingering held double with 10 g fingering minis, but you could substitute it for one strand of dk if desired.

It’s also the perfect shawl to use ANY weight of yarn for those wanting some thicker or larger!

Use (4) skeins of worsted for a larger blanket shawl, 2 or more skeins of bulky for a nice and warm winter shawl. I’ve knit one using (2) skeins of bulky, which comes out about the same size as the sample. BUT, add more skeins for colder climates and it would make an amazing shawl to snuggle!!
