Three Hearts Mittens are simple and stylish accessories for cozy season outfit.
They were designed with wide and cropped fit for comfortable wear and with the main accent on three contrasting embroidered hearts.
It’s a perfect small project for making as a gift or just for a quick and relaxed knitting.

Mittens worked bottom up seamlessly in the round, hearts embroidered using duplicate stitch technique.

Circular needle size 4 mm (US 6) 80 or 100cm (32 or 40’’) long for magic loop method;
Set of dpns 4 mm (US 6);

Original yarn
2 balls of BBB Full (100% merino wool; 50g/1.75oz – 90 m/98 yds)
Held together with 1 ball of BBB Soft Dream (70% mohair, 30% silk; 25g /0.9oz - 225m /246 yds).
10 m / 11 yds of any contrasting color yarn for embroidered hearts using the same yarn weight as merino wool.
Yardage: approx 125 m / 137 yds of each yarn;
Suggested yarn: any aran / worsted weight yarn or heavy fingering/sport weight yarn double-stranded plus a strand of mohair lace weight yarn (optional).

Gauge
18 sts x 22 rnds = 4”/ 10cm over Stockinette stitch in the rnd after blocking with both yarns held together.
