DIFFICULTY LEVEL: intermediate
The dress is built in 4 sections. We will start from the top-down skirt and will make it as long or as short as we want; then we will build a bottom-up belt and finally the back panel and straps.
Easy adjustable, the pattern comes for sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-9 months. Instructions for 3-6 and 6-9 months will be in brackets ( ).
The dress in pics is a 3-6 months.
