The new Tilo shawl
The shape is a cool triangle, only with a flat bottom. The shawl grows towards the top with step like increases and changing color blocks. A floating stitch pattern and a stranded two color knitting pattern with a bit of lace incorporated amongst relaxing garter stitches make this shawl a fun project.

Notions used
US size 8 (5 mm) circular needle 36” (91 cm) in length.
Darning needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge: 13 sts and 26 rows in 4” of garter stitch.

Techniques to try: Knitting and purling flat, color changes, slipping stitches, stranded knitting, lace, I-cord bind off, weaving in ends and blocking for best results.
