This adorable little short sleeve cardigan will look great on your baby girl! It is a quick knit, worked from the top down, with increases at raglan shoulder lines. Buttonholes and button bands are knit along with the sweater, so there is minimal finishing required. You will just need to weave in ends, and sew on your buttons.
Pattern is clearly written for one size ( finished chest = 20” ), and has received great feedback from numerous test knitters.
Pattern requires size 7 needles ( 24” circular ) for body, and size 6 double pointed needles for sleeve edging. Change needle size as necessary, for gauge. You will also need stitch markers, to mark for raglan increases and front bands.
