NOCIONES PREVIAS
Para tejer este top es necesario saber tejer punto del derecho y del revés, tejer en circular, en plano, montar puntos mediante el método provisional, realizar aumentos tejiendo puntos por delante y por detrás, realizar aumentos al aire para las sisas, remontar y retomar puntos, hacer reducciones, así como cerrar puntos con i-cord.

CONSTRUCCIÓN
Este top tiene una construcción top-down, es decir se empieza tejiendo por el trasero en plano, se continúa por el delantero en plano, hasta acabar con los aumentos en sisas, se unen delantero y trasero y a partir de este punto se continúa tejiendo el cuerpo en circular. A continuación, se remontan las sisas y el escote y se cierran con i-cord. Finalmente, se vuelven a remontar puntos de las sisas para tejer unos pequeños volantes. Se realiza de una sola pieza, sin ninguna costura. Se teje en punto jersey, con un motivo de punto elástico en los laterales.

El color utilizado es el 104 para el verde agua y 102 para el rosa.

AGUJAS
Agujas circulares de 3.75 mm US 5 con cables de 40 cm 16” para el escote y 80 cm 32” para el cuerpo, o las necesarias para obtener la muestra de tensión (sin bloquear). Agujas de 3.5 mm US 4 con cable de 20 cm 8” o shorties para rematar escote y sisas. Agujas de 3 mm US 2.5 con cables de 40 cm 16” para el volante de las sisas.

SKILLS
To knit this top you need to know how to cast on stitches with a provisional method, to knit, purl, and work flat as well as in the round, to make increases knitting in the front and back of the same stitch and with the “make one away” technique (the one most commonly used to cast on stitches at the underarm, also known as the backwards loop method), to pick up stitches, to make decreases, and to perform an i-cord bind-off.

CONSTRUCTION
This top is knit top-down. First the back is worked flat, then the front is worked flat, and once all increases for the armhole shaping have been done, front and back are joined to continue working the body in the round. NEEDLES
3.75 mm US 5 circular needles, with a cable length of 40 cm 16” for the neckline and 80 cm 32” for the body, or the required needle size to obtain gauge (without blocking). 3.5 mm US 4 circular needles, with a cable length of 20 cm 8” or shorties, to finish neckline and armholes. 3 mm US 2.5 circular needles, with a cable length of 40 cm 16” for the armhole frills.
