Pattern

Tora Cardigan is designed to have a positive ease of approx. 15 cm / 6 inches, and is knitted top-down. You start of by knitting the top portion of the back, and then pick up stitches firstly to the right front piece, and then the left front piece. The two front pieces is joined with the back, at the underarm. The cardigan is knitted back and forth. The two front pieces are knitted after charts, while the back is knitted in stockinette stitch.
Tora Cardigan has a cropped fit, but can be knitted longer if preferred by simply knitting chart C & D one more time, just note that the estimated yarn consumption, may not be enough.
Stitches for the sleeves are picked up and knitted along the armholes. They are worked in the round on a circular needle with the magic loop technique.
Lastly, stitches will be picked up for the button band, that is knitted in twisted rib, with button holes on the right side.
The cardigan is finished by sewing in buttons on the left side of the button band, weaving in the ends and lastly by blocking your work.
Happy knitting!
