Have you seen the traces made by tires on clay, sand or snow? That inspired me to this ribbing motif.

Matching the hat of the same name, this cowl will bring warmth around your neck. Depending on the cast on method you choose, this cowl will be very stretchy. It is knitted in the round with an easy to remember ribbing pattern. This pretty collar is reversible and can be worn on both sides. It’s up to you to choose your favorite side ;)

You can knit it in the length that suits you, even longer to be able to fold the top of the cowl like a turtleneck of a sweater to have 2 layers and thus cut the cold off your skin. As the pattern is different on the reverse side, the effect will be very nice.

This pattern is written in 1 size since it is easily adaptable to your desires of width/length.
