This women’s fingering-weight shawl, part of the larger book collection, Free Spirit Knits, is knit from the center back neck to the bottom hem. It features 3 separate floral lace motifs, and is finished off with a simple eyelet border. The shawl is shaped with tiers of yarn-over increases to form a semicircular shape.

Yarn requirements: 2 skeins of color A, 3 of color B and 4 of color C (or approximately 250, 375 and 500 yards of each color, respectively).

Note that the lace patterns are presented in chart-form only.

This pattern is available as part of a print book or as a digital edition - the price is reflective of the entire 20-pattern book collection. It is not available at this time as an individual download.

Inspiration: The yucca, agave and saguaro plants thrive in some of the most arid conditions in the Southwest. Their beautiful herby-green colors help brighten up an otherwise monochromatic landscape.
