ARRRGG! This cowl makes me feel stupid with joy and full of cuddles and kisses, and I hope it is a real treat for any of you cat lovers to knit! This cowl is all Trillian’s fault! Thus, I should cuddle and kiss her - because it has been a real fun adventure designing my first knitting pattern.

Long (Sport Weight) Version:

Size: 10” deep, 54” circumference

Yardage: 290 - 300 yards

Gauge: 9 sts x 12 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch (every knitter had their own unique gauge - Make sure to make a gauge swatch)

Needles: Size 5.5 mm (US 9) 32” circular needles

Short (Super Bulky) Version:

Size: 12” deep, 30” circumference

Yardage: 129 - 139 yards

Gauge: 6 ½ sts x 9 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch (every knitter had their own unique gauge - Make sure to make a gauge swatch)

Needles: Size 8.00 mm (US 11) 24” circular needles
