The Tua Lipa bag was designed for those of us who are always running through a field of flowers in our minds no matter what
situation we might find ourselves in. Sweaty subway? Jury duty? No worries. We’ll be over here by the tulips ignoring reality!

Skill Level: This pattern is suitable for confident beginners and intermediate level crocheters.

Yarn Quality: The instructions and supplies are written for creating this bag with raffia yarn but this is only a suggestion! This bag has been made in many different qualities and looks adorable in all of them. It should take no more than one standard size skein of yarn for each color and it can also be a great stash buster! Please ensure the handle length is appropriate for the size of your bag if you change the yarn!

Blocking: For raffia this bag is blocked three different times, not just once at the end. After finishing the base, you should stop and block that area before continuing. This is can be a pain but if you block as you go it will be much nicer in the end!

Safety Pins: Use safety pins to mark your rounds!! It’s super easy to lose count when creating the base. The instructions have a safety pin icon at the end of each step to remind you to keep moving it up as you progress. It’s tedious but it could potentially save frogging the whole thing!
