When I was younger, my Grandfather would take me to Tulista Park in Sidney, on Vancouver Island. There, he would flip over rocks so I could watch the crabs scurry away. My grandfather was my favourite person, this was my favourite activity and Tulista Park is my favourite spot on the Island.
This hat depicts the beach at Tulista Park. The rocks going into the ocean, the hills off in the distance and the Blue sky surrounding it all. The image is created using stranded colourwork.
I hope you enjoy the pattern.
