This is an original pattern of mine. It combines traditional and Tunisian crochet
This THROW pattern includes detailed instructions with plenty of photo references to instruct you on how to crochet the throw step by step.
The pattern is available in US or UK crochet terms.

This blanket is made from 8 ply yarn. It is approximately
103 in/259 cm square. And has 6 panels. This is very
large and fits over a king size bed. To make the blanket/throw smaller, decrease the length of the tunisian strips and you can also decrease the number of the tunisian strips.

Abbreviations in US
CH = chain
SC=single crochet
DC = double crochet
TR = treble crochet
DBLTR = double treble crochet
SLST = slip stitch
TSS = Tunisian simple stitch (explained in pattern)
YOH = yarn over hook

18 X 100G Balls of Cream 8 ply (DK) yarn
4-5 X100G Balls of beige 8 ply (DK) yarn
4-5 X100G Balls of light brown 8 Ply (DK) yarn
4-5 X 100G Balls of light green 8 ply (DK) yarn.

Gauge 24.0 sts = 4 inches
Needle size US 6 - 4.0 mmFibers 100% Manufactured
Fibers - Acrylic, Texture plied, Machine wash yes)
4 mm crochet hook for traditional crochet
5 to 6mm crochet hook (long) for Tunisian crochet
(depends on how loosely or tightly you crochet.)
Large needle to put blanket together.
