No prior knowledge of Tunisian stitches is required to complete this project. (This technique is sometimes called Crohooking or Croknitting too, but you do not need to know how to do this to complete this project.)

This is a quick and easy pattern to create a reversible twist headband in two contrasting colors using Tunisian crochet techniques and a 2-sided crochet hook.

This is a great project to use up yarn scraps and remnants. The basic headband can be made with about 60 yards of each color yarn.

There is a video tutorial for this project too. I provide the link in the pattern, or write to me if you’d like to see the companion video as you progress through the pattern. The video companion tutorial is also listed in my Ravelry Group Kristen Stein Designs.

Beginner skill level.
The pattern is easily adjustable to bigger or smaller heads. Just cast on the number of stitches to determine the width of the band and then continue the crochet rows until you reach the desired head circumference.
