This beginner-friendly pattern is designed to be worked with super bulky plush chenille yarns like Himalaya Dolphin Baby, Wolans Yarns Bunny Baby, or YarnArt Dolce, giving your finished toy a soft, velvety feel. Although you can also use other yarns like Bernat Blanket or similar bulky yarns, just keep in mind that the toy’s size will vary depending on your yarn choice.

Materials & Tools:
- chunky chenille / plush yarn (100% polyester, 100 g / 120 m = 3.5 oz / 131 yds)
yarn consumption:
body - about 15 g = 0.5 oz
shell - about 15 g = 0.5 oz

• 4 mm (size G-6) crochet hook;
• stuffing - polyester fiberfill (hollow fiber);
• scissors;
• yarn needle;
• stitch marker;
• thin black yarn for embroidering the mouth and eye lines;
• 12 mm (0.47 in) plastic safety eyes;
• 2 thin threads to mark places for the eyes.

Finished Size:
The size of the finished toy is about 13 cm (5.1 in) if you use the specified or similar materials and tools.
