Stitch pattern is for medium skill knitters.
You can regulate the tightness of the sock by adjusting the length of the pulled out yarn. I prefer it shorter as it generates better structure of the pattern.

MATERIALS:

Drops Nord yarn, 2 skeins, 170 m (186 yds) in 50 g
Size US 0 (2 mm) for the cuff, US 2 (2.75 mm) double pointed needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)
Tapestry needle
Scissors

GAUGE (in stockinette sts):

7 sts=1 inch or 27 sts=10 cm
8 rows=1 inch or 31 rows=10 cm

SIZES:

Small, fits women’s shoe size 5-6 (US/CAN), Europe: 35-36
Medium, fits women’s shoe size 7-8 (US/CAN), Europe: 37-38
Large, fits women’s shoe size 9-10 (US/CAN), Europe: 39-40
