Twilight Mist Scarf is knit sideways in a classic rectangular shape. This design features two reversible eyelet and lace stitch patterns which are easy to make. Moderately blocked it can serve as a scarf, but with classic way of blocking it can be stretched to make a lightweight lacy shawl.

The instruction includes 2 options of Garter Eyelet Stitch pattern to create 2 different looks. In a two-colour version of this design the side panels made with slightly wider stripes of alternate colours.

The samples are knit in two strands of different lace weight yarn for lightweight, lofty and soft scarf. One of the strands is a non-stretchy lace weight yarn, which adds a bit of weight to the scarf. Choose the colour that blends well with the lace mohair strand colour for uniform or slightly heathered look. A strand of mohair yarn adds fullness, warmth and rich look to the scarf.
