Twinkle Ribbon Cape
The twinkle ribbon cape is a cape worked from the neck down. Using simple knit, purl and slip stitches, it creates a pattern resembling strings of little bows. The cape can be worn on either side, with the collar worn up or folded down. It can be worn under a coat as a layer or over clothes as an accessory. The pattern includes both a short and a long version.
Size
xs ( s, m, l ) xl. It is recommended to choose a size with 20-30cm positive ease. Measure while wearing a garment you intend to fit with.

Needles
Body 4.5mm circular needles(80-120cm long)
A similar size hook (4mm or 4.5mm) is needed if you use provisional
cast-on method.
Neckband 4.0mm and 4.5mm
Button Band 3mm crochet hook
Adjust needle sizes as necessary to match gauge.
Gauge
20 sts x 28 rows = 10x10cm in Stockinette stitch with 4.5mm needles, after blocking.

Guide
Work from top to down, beginning at the main body, using circular yoke increases. The twinkle ribbon pattern is created by changing colors and using slip stitches, carrying yarn without cutting unless specified. The body ends with a wavy ribbed hem. Then knit a 1X1 ribbed collar, optionally incorporating the twinkle ribbon pattern. Finally, crochet the button band.
