The Twinning Cable Blankie is worked with a combination of knit & purl stitches. This is a great pattern for the beginner knitter to advance your knitting skills and learn to work cables. The cable technique is fully explained and, even if you’re new to cables, you’ll be whizzing through them in no time.

This pattern uses only 3, 5oz skeins of Hygge yarn by Red Heart in your color choice and works up super squishy and oh so soft. Finished blanket size will be approximately 36” wide x 32” tall. US size 15 (10mm) circular needle set recommended for working the blanket & US size 17 (12mm) circular needle set for cast on & bind off to allow the blanket to stretch or you can just use the US15 and cast on/ bind off loosely.
