This is a bulky cowl pattern. It has a stiff enough fabric to stand up and keep the chin warm, while being soft enough to be comfortable.

It is designed with very cold weather in mind. It will be a good cowl to wear while snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, and other outdoor winter activities

It is in three sizes that should fit most children to adults. It also includes tips on how to make it larger and smaller.

Materials:
• Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Chunky (Bulky #5), 140-180 yards/ 110-165 meters.
• Circular or Double Pointed needles, sizes US 10.5, 6.5 mm.
• Cable Needle
• Stitch markers as desired.
• Yarn needle with large eye for sewing in ends.

Gauge:
• 21 stitches and 22 rows per 4 inches/10 cm on US 10.5/6.5 mm needles in 1x1 rib, unblocked
