This is a top down sock with a traditional heel flap. It is worked using magic loop; needle 1 will be front of foot/instep/leg and needle 2 will be back of foot/leg and heel.

When I saw the August colorway from The Farmer’s Daughter Fibers, I knew that a dual faux cable would make this color shine. The colorway and pattern are named for Two Medicine Lake in Glacier National Park, so named for the two medicine lodges that were located on the creek and thus named Two Medicine Lodge Creek.
