This hat is a fun knit, especially if you love cables! It is worked in the round and the pattern is repeated until the desired length then drawn in at the top. This project is perfect if you would like an engaging project to travel with, but still have something that is easy to memorise. While this hat is worked in magic loop, it would be simple to change based on your preference.

This pattern contains written instructions as well as a chart. The pattern repeat is easy to learn so if you want to cable on the go then this is the pattern for you! The hat is knit in a tube then gathered at the top so no counting is needed for decreases.

The sample hat is made in Pixel Atlantis Squishy 4ply in the colourway Scottish Summer. It uses 36g/168 yards but more may be required as the sample is an adult small.
