Please note: the body stitch counts for all sizes are correct, however there’s an error in the written instructions for row 2 of the chart, regarding the amount of repeats per size.
It should read:
WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROUND 2 OF BODY CHART
K 20, CCC, (K 37, CCC) x 7 (8, 9, 10, 11), K 17
**********************************************
(The written instructions for row two were added to save everyone from counting all those stitches… the rest of the body chart is charted only, not written.)

The Undersong Sweater is a relaxed fit garment, meant to be worn with positive ease. Sample shown is Size 1 (41”) on a 34” bust

It is worked seamlessly from the neckline down. Short rows are worked back and forth to shape a better fitting garment. Once enough depth is reached on the yoke, sleeve stitches are placed on hold and the body, which incorporates a large area of colour work, is worked in the round down to the twisted rib. There are two options of sleeve shape - a Seventies style bell and a gathered Bishop. Sleeves are worked top down and in the round, including a colour work band. Finally the cuffs are worked in the same twisted rib.

SIZING
Due to the large colour work motif, there is 6.6”(17cm) difference in body width between sizes. This creates a large amount of positive ease and a single size can fit a wide range of body shapes. In the illustrations I am wearing a Size 1 and have a 34” bust - so 7” / 17cm of positive ease.

Finished Bust Circumference for Five Free Sizes:
