Living in a seaside community, I often find myself down by the waters edge peering into the foamy, froths created by the rising waves. During the winter months, the sea clears itself from the red tide summer brings by an increase in plankton, and you are able to view the ocean floor and the undertow. I wanted to capture these currents in this design.
Created with the holidays in mind, this design can be made to keep your ears warm during the cold months, underneath a bicycle, or snowboard helmet, and for a quick stocking stuffer. The sizes range from Baby, Child, Teen, and Adult with a simple XS(S,M,L,XL) guide. It is made in the round, with two easy, mirrored, alternating cable knits, and a single rib stitch border.
