This is called the unicorn rainbow wrap because it was originally designed to work with a set of mini skeins that were in a ‘unicorn’ rainbow colour way (pinks, turquoises etc), but I love how it looks in ombre sets and to be honest any set of mini skeins and scrap yarns can be used with this. It starts with a long starting chain but its a quick make as there are systematic decreases which means that you speed up as you get closer to the end. There are instructions on the pattern for sizing adjustments - if you want to make this for a child, or if you want to make it longer and shallower so that is works as a scarf, you can do that too. There are sections of ribbed colour work which create interest. I hope you enjoy this one. Its ended up a bit of a favourite.
