This shawl features a lace panel down the back and a deep garter edging. It’s deliberately simple in order to let the yarn show off its long gradient, handspun-like beauty!

This was designed for The Best Little Yarn Crawl in Texas 2026 for Unraveled, The Chic Yarn Boutique in San Antonio.

Finished Size: 20” depth, 68” wingspan

Yarn: Cascade 220 Superwash Wave, 100% Superwash wool, 200 yards/100 grams. Sample knit in Color No. 133. Sample used 490 yards.

Needles: 32” circular needle, size 7 US (4.5mm), or size to obtain gauge.

Gauge: 14 stitches/18 rows per 4 inches in wet-blocked stockinette stitch; gauge is not critical for this item but will affect size, yardage used, and drape.
