Note: Yarn quantities are sufficient to make both scarves. Adult scarf uses A, E, F and G only. Child scarf uses B, C, D, G, and H only.

One size US C-2 (2.75mm) hook
One size US F-5 (3.75mm) hook
One size US G-6 (4mm) hook or size needed to obtain gauge
Yarn needle

9 buttons for each scarf (total 18 buttons if both scarves are made)
Yarn needle, with eye large enough for yarn and small enough to pass through holes in buttons.
Fabric glue

GAUGE
In scarf stitch pattern, 19 sts and 10 rows = 4”/10cm, using largest hook.

Base scarf uses one ball of yarn. (More than one ball may be needed for larger adult sizes.) Embellishments can be made in additional contrast colors of your choice.

Directions are provided for Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large Hearts. Design features Loop Fringe.
