Inspired by the delicate beauty of spring catkins, this sock features a subtle line of small aments running along the side, set against a clean stockinette background that lets sock yarn shine. Mindless yet stunning, the simple, rhythmic texture is easy to memorize and relaxing to knit. Written for both top-down and toe-up constructions, this pattern keeps the focus on the yarn, with a refined accent that elevates the whole sock.

(Note: Top down socks will have aments pointing downwards).*
