The VERSA shawl is the perfectly shaped triangular shawl with horizontal stripes. It is knit from the bottom up, starting at the apex and working toward the longest side, in an all-over four-row stripe pattern. All three sides of the triangular shawl are finished with a tubular edge in a contrasting highlight color.
The color changes for the stripes as well as the increases and the tubular edge finishing technique are all explained with photos or easy-to-follow video tutorials.

SIZES
The VERSA shawl can be worn wrapped around the neck twice and tied with a knot. You can adjust the size to your liking and make the shawl in any size, yarn weight, gauge and matching needle size.
Finished length: 120 cm (47.25 inches) / finished width: 33 cm (13 inches)

NEEDLES
Circular needles to match your yarn and optional: circular needles one size smaller than your main needle (for the upper edge)
Sample 1 (red/lavender/yellow): recommended main needle size: 4 mm (US 6) with a length of at least 80 cm (32 inches)
Sample 2 (light grey / navy / pink): recommended main needle size: 5.5 mm (US 9) with a length of at least 80 cm (32 inches)

GAUGE
It is recommended to cast on the shawl directly with your chosen yarn and matching needle size. After a few centimeters/inches, you can wash and block or steam-block the shawl to see if you like the fabric.

Der VERSA shawl ist ein perfekt geformtes, dreieckiges Tuch mit horizontalen Streifen. Es wird von der Spitze aus nach oben zur langen Kante hin gestrickt, in einem durchgehenden Vier-Reihen-Streifenmuster. Alle drei Seiten des Dreiecktuchs erhalten eine Schlauchkante in einer Akzentfarbe.

Der VERSA shawl kann zweimal um den Hals geschlungen und mit einem Knoten gebunden werden. Du kannst die Größe nach Wunsch anpassen und das Tuch mit jeder Garnstärke, Maschenprobe und passenden Nadelstärke stricken.
